The LGT Graduate Program offers you an attractive way to start your career following your studies. Over the course of your training, you complete various internships so that you gain a comprehensive insight into the various areas of LGT.
With a variety of seminars, a period of study abroad and individual support, this is the ideal preparation for your target role.
18 month (starting in September of each year)
During the introductory week of seminars, a two-week seminar in Singapore, a week of charitable work and other exciting events, you improve your banking know-how as well as your social and personal skills - supported by external specialists and representatives of LGT.
Over the course of your program, you receive training specifically for your role and are supported in your development. You also benefit from two to three internships, lasting several weeks, at company-wide divisions, giving you a broad and comprehensive insight into your future field of work.
To promote your personal development, we create an individual development plan for you, with suitable training measures. This accompanies you throughout your training.
You receive support and supervision from your manager and the HR Learning & Development team, who support and advise you in your personal development.
The program’s target roles are Relationship Manager, Wealth Planner, Marketing Manager, Risk Controller, Front Office Supporter and Asset Management roles.
